Featured Project

Before working with JTI, one of our large manufacturing clients regularly contracted with a company-mandated translation vendor with European-based project-management. They reported that the vendor was distant, ignored their needs and issues, and regularly fell behind on the schedule. We provided them with a U.S.-based project management team who was already familiar with their eLearning development tools. On our first project, we met an aggressive schedule despite in-country client reviewer delays. In the past 15 months, we have localized over 20 modules and into 14 languages - and have yet to miss a deadline!
