Maarten Fleurke, CEO
Maarten co-founded JTI together with COO Steven Chen. Over the years, the company has grown from a "classic" L10n company to a global Multilingual Multimedia firm, with offices across the globe.

Maarten started his career with John Deere, after earning his MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management. After living and working for Deere in the US, Europe and the Middle East, he returned to California where he founded a technology trading company.

In 1995 he was recruited to become the North-American President of a German-owned manufacturing company. Five years later he saw the opportunity to get involved in Localization, which eventually led to the birth of JTI.

Maarten lives in Virginia Beach with his wife of 28 years. They have two grown daughters

Steven Chen, COO
Steven Chen’s introduction to the localization industry started with Jubilee Tech International, right after earning his Masters Degree in Communication with an emphasis on Media Management from Regent University, Virginia Beach, VA.

Through the years, Steven’s expertise grew as the industry matured, taking him from 1993’s focus on software development, to desktop publishing, to multi-media management, and most recently, eLearning!

Steven currently lives in Virginia, Beach.
