Multi-Cultural Team: JTI's localization team is comprised of multi-cultural professionals from a dozen countries.

Formal Education & Practical Expertise: Our staff has a unique blend of Graduate Education, localization industry experience, and practical working knowledge in vertical industry segments like: Multimedia Communications, Computer Science Engineering, Audio Recording Technology, Journalism, International Business, Education, Medicine to name just a few.

Serving Clients Needs: JTI's greatest strength is found in the team attitude to go beyond delivering the best quality in a timely manner and seeing a project through to completion. Each JTI team member has an intrinsic desire to serve the client's special needs because we have an appreciation for recurring business from clients who trust us.

Each JTI team member exceeds five years localization industry experience. The extent of our experience spans more than a decade serving hundreds of clients on thousands of projects. JTI has a healthy balance of in-house and external resources to increase efficiencies, maintain cultural relevance and grow capacity not costs.

Dedicated Project Management: Every JTI client is assigned a specific and dedicated Project Manager (PM). Each JTI PM initiates project scope assessments/analysis, plans tasks, mobilizes human resources, and communicates with clients frequently via conference calls and status reports throughout the entire project.

DTP Specialists: The localization industry lacks sufficient skilled Desktop Publishing Specialists (DTP). JTI realized this several years ago, that is why we have expanded our in-house DTP department by training our European sister company in DTP skills. We couple our existing DTP expertise with ongoing exposure and training with the industry graphics publishing tools from Adobe, Macromedia, Quark, Corel and other software applications like Avid for multimedia production projects.

Linguists: Our in-house translators and network of qualified linguists cooperate to translate, review and quality check the final language output for deliverable. Language is more than a transliteration it involves the art of knowing the content and context of the source language, then crafting the message in the local dialect with understanding plus science to keep consistency with Standard Terminology Lists for Windows, Mac, Linux, and Unix environments. JTI linguists have both qualities of art and science to satisfy the native speaking audience.

Audio Engineers and Voice Talents: We utilize trained Audio Technicians and natural voice talents to create high quality audio translation recordings.

Localization Engineers: JTI’s engineering department is staffed with trained multilingual software localization engineers, who are well versed with all tools and tasks of the trade. Besides utilizing existing tools, our engineers design macros or other tools to get the job done.

Quality Assurance Experts: Our QA experts jave a passion for detail and quality. Whether it’s spelling or grammatical issues, formatting or html links, JTI’s QA Department review each component of our products in order to establish 100% customer satisfaction.

Teamwork: Each project is approached by a team, consisting of a Project Manager, Account Manager, Localization engineer, DTP Specialist and QA Expert. From kickoff to project wrap-up, our experts work together to ensure that the client is well served.
